Giving Opportunities
One of the ways you can partner with us to help the children is through planned giving. Planned gifts ensure the future of Methodist Children's Home. There are a variety of options that will provide needed resources for the children and can also provide income for life for the donor (and beneficiary if desired) as well as potential tax benefits. Above all, there is the joy of a secure future for the children who need us.

More than $11 million of our support comes from earnings generated by a permanent endowment fund that was founded in the 1940's. Our annual budget for this year is over $24 million. We believe very strongly in raising new gifts for the permanent endowment fund since this is what allows us to expand our programs and open our doors a little wider. We are unable to spend the principal in this fund. It is a trust for the children who will come to us in future generations. All gifts made to this fund are invested with only the income being used to care for the children in our care today.
