Services for Former Residents
The Transition Services Program helps former residents make a successful transition to independent living and adjust to college or the workforce. The program serves former residents ages 18 to 25.
In order to best serve youth transitioning into adulthood, MCH collaborates with other services in the community to maximize resources. Services include discharge planning, case management, counseling, crisis intervention services, independent living training and financial assistance.
The program is located on the Waco campus. The facility has offices, a study room, a washer and dryer, a kitchen and toys to occupy former residents' children during meetings or counseling sessions.
